His Grace, Bishop Michael, hosted a picnic for the clergy families of the New York State Deanery at Saint Nicholas Church in Auburn NY on Monday, July 5, 2010. Young and old enjoyed a wonderful day of fellowship, fun, and food with a warm (temperatures were in the high 90's) and hospitable welcome by the parish rector, Father Stephen Mack. As the camping programs at Saint Andrew's Camp (Jewell NY) are due to begin on July 11, His Grace plans to participate in the camping activities and to be present among the children and staff for the four-week season. While establishing Saint Andrew's Camp as a "base-of-operations," Bishop Michael will focus on parish visitations in upstate New York.
