[Jackson, NJ] - On Sunday, January 11, 2026, Archbishop Michael made an archpastoral visit to Nativity of the Holy Virgin Church in Jackson, New Jersey.
His Eminence presided at the Divine Liturgy, concelebrated by Archpriest John Prokopiuk, rector of the host parish, together with Archpriest Volodymyr Zablotskyy, rector of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Yonkers, New York. The clergy were joined by Deacon John Suchernick.
Assisting in the altar were Subdeacons Mark Federoff and Andrew Karlgut, together with the parish altar servers.
Under the direction of Tatyana Halitskaya, the choir led the responses to the Divine Liturgy and later performed traditional Ukrainian carols during the festive parish luncheon.
Also present was Deacon John Morvay, President of the Parish Council, who was able to attend despite ongoing chemotherapy treatments. His presence was a moving witness of faith, perseverance, and dedication to the life of the Church.
