ETERNAL MEMORY: MITRED ARCHPRIEST ANDREW SKRIPNIK KUHARSKY

Sunday, May 1 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Priestly Ordination of the late Rt. Rev. Mitred Archpriest Andrew Skripnik Kuharsky.

Father Andrew served the then Russian Orthodox Metropolia and later the new autocephalous Orthodox Church in America with great distinction for many decades, and in particular in the Diocese of New York and New Jersey:  as Pastor of Saints Peter and Paul Church in Endicott, NY, from 1952 to 1967, and then as Associate Pastor of Dormition of the Virgin Mary Church in Binghamton, NY, from 1967 to 1972.

Please remember Father Andrew in your prayers.

"Grant rest eternal in blessed repose with the Saints, O Lord, to the soul of Thy departed servant, the ever-to-be-remembered + Mitred Archpriest Andrew, who has fallen asleep in the Lord, and may his memory be eternal! Christos Voskrese! Vechnaya Pamyat!”

With love,
