On Sunday, November 13, the faithful of St. Nicholas Church in Auburn, NY, surprised Fr. Michael and Matushka Julie Speck with gifts and a luncheon on the occasion of Fr. Michael's 35th anniversary of ordained ministry.
Gifts of a beautiful painting of St. Nicholas Church and a generous contribution of money for a new set of blue liturgical vestments donated by parishioners were presented by Matushka Johanna Donch at the conclusion of Divine Liturgy.
A festive luncheon followed in the church hall.
