On Saturday, February 18th, we had our 3rd Women’s Fellowship and Service Day. We made borscht and then had dinner and Q&A with His Eminence, Archbishop Michael. Following our Women’s Fellowship Day, His Eminence served the “Service of Intercession for those struggling with an unplanned pregnancy, pregnancy loss, infertility, post-abortion recovery, and sexual trauma or abuse. “ This service is served monthly as part of the Blessed Matushka Olga Ministry of the Diocese.
To wrap up Saturday evening, Archbishop Michael answered questions for the Orthodoxy On Tap Young Adult Q&A. Over 30 young adults from several jurisdictions came to be a part of this night getting to know each other and learning about the faith.
To cap off a busy weekend at Holy Trinity Church, His Eminence, celebrated Divine Liturgy on the Sunday of the Last Judgment. Following a liturgy we had our Annual Chili Cookoff. We had a record 11 entries!
The church presented Archbishop Michael with a donation in honor of his Ordination Anniversary for the Distinguished Diocesan Benefactors.
What a blessed weekend we had at the parish!
